Read before you purchase your ticket
The tours are available exclusively under the supervision of a guide. A fee for the guide service is included in the price of your ticket.
Tickets may be purchased on-line up to 90 days before the planned date of the tour, but no later than one hour before the tour starts.
Tickets purchased online must be produced before the start of the tour using a mobile device or printed out.
You may purchase your tour ticket at the Mine’s ticket offices, subject to availability. You can guarantee your spot on a tour on a given hour and without any waiting by purchasing your tickets online in advance.
All services are carried out according to the Terms and Conditions, the full text of which is available at www.wieliczka-saltmine.com and on the Mine’s premises. Purchasing your ticket is tantamount to reading the Terms and Conditions and accepting them in their entirety.
If you are planning to visit the Graduation Tower and tour the Mine on the same day, check the opening hours of the Graduation Tower. Keep in mind that the duration of the mine tour is approximately 3 hours.
Make sure to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your mine tour and head to the designated entrance. The start time of the tour is indicated on your ticket. If you arrive late, you will be unable to enter and tour the Mine. Tickets, which cannot be used due to late arrival, are not refundable.
